M1 nails didsbury first time been here today and omg the customer service is amazing they you feel welcomed and the service like I don't know what to say I got the Luxury pedicure and Fullset Ombre but I wasn't going to get acrylics I was booked in for builder gel Fullset + gel colour. Who did my luxury pedicure she did an amazing job and I definitely recommend it amazing feeling. My full set hand nails Lee did which he started with the builder gel did all my nails he wa doing the ombre and that's when I wasn't happy with my nails because my natural nails some short and some long and I didn't like look of them. Yes I should of said sooner which was silly of me I felt very bad when I was saying it to Lee. All he said was ok but move your car first incase you get a ticket bless him when I move my car and come back Lee continue and started again I done acrylics and at time I was saying sorry felt so bad like really bad because Lee put so much time into and than he had to start over again. While he was doing my nails I thanked him so much and his response was I like my customers leaving happy which I was really happy to hear and I have been doing nails for over 20 years never got that kind of service..
